Praying Against Storms

Most of my life I never prayed about storms. I didn't have a fear of them so didn't pay that much attention as we lived in AZ not to much happens there. Once we moved to KY that kind of changed because of the chances of Tornadoes but mainly for myself, family and town I lived in, which maybe most people would do. Knowing the scriptures below, I knew from Satans conversation with God re a "hedge of protection" then God mentioning looking for even one man to put a "hedge" around and stand in the gap, my prayer was fairly simple to say: 

Father put a hedge of protection around (name my family houses) where we lived and asked, well I can't even remember if I asked in Jesus name back then as I can't remember how long I knew another verse  Joh 16:26-27 so could have just said amen or not sure if I ever said ask in Jesus name. I just don't remember but could have done some of them both ways. These were those scriptures I also would use the same in emergencies for individuals:

Job 1:10 (KJV) Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.

Ezekiel 22:30 (KJV) And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.

Be Careful How you Pray

I lived in FL I think for 2023 season and was close to the gulf 2 miles away and I was fine, yet my eldest brother got hit. Now was it some judgment for him? Well all I can say is he did not treat me well the year I was there 2 miles from him. I think the storm was in August. He was fine but lost all things in the river house so was inconvenienced yet still blessed to have a place to live while his home was refurbished. They did leave as instructed, I did not, even though they called me.

In 2024 I no longer lived there but started praying against the storms which I had never done before using the word of God "Peace Be Still" but at that time added just let it be rain. Oh my gosh a wrong thing to pray water flooded not only FL but as it traveled north and east. Both brothers got hit one over 2 weeks after the storm as they let all this water out from Orlando. That traveled clear to flood central FL my one brothers street made news. So don't ask for rain!!!

Then 2025 I was led to watch again over FL but then to stand in the gap for the nation. I learned and this time prayed: Father I ask Yeshua's words Peace be Still to the storm and this time ask that the storm be turned back out to sea. Every time I saw mention of those storms I would pray this and to be away from the USA to turn it out to sea and this is what happened that year:

Hurricane season without Florida landfall. Has that happened before?

Will the Lord have me stand in the gap for USA again? Well I do as led, I know again because of family I will pray against storms I was thinking about the season coming up just today. Of course you desire all be protected and I do pray for God's people to be protected, and again my brothers were blessed to have a place to be. So I will see how this season goes it was definitely on my mind already. How will I know? I hate to use this phrase but I will see how I a moved seeing what is happening with weather is all I can say. I do know the Governor of FL did ban chem-trails over FL last year 2025. This was made know along with TN early 2024 so they were probably out to get them before the passing. My lack of knowledge didn't help matters.

A Prayer for Labourers for harvest 

Father, 

Yeshua said to pray the Lord of the harvest. Matthew 9:38 (KJV)  Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.  You are Lord of all Father, I ask you send forth labourers into the harvest.

A Prayer to draw people to Christ 

Father, 

Yeshua said the only way for people to come to him is if you draw them.  John 6:44 (KJV)  No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.  Father I ask you draw people to Yeshua for the great harvest.

Prayer To Heal The Sick

I didn't expect this post to be instruction from the Lord for a prayer I am taking to Him for my family and even myself but that is what the Lord is doing before this prayer...so excuse me while I cast out of this house Satan and over myself and husband and anoint the door frame outside just as in Exodus to keep the death angel away. So I need to first bless the extra virgin olive oil in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.. I will be right back.

I used my right thump after casting Satan out to anoint the door frame top of both front door and back door just need to do the garage door haha I forgot.

We just do not understand how easy Satan can get into our homes we must always be on guard for it.

Father,

I come to you with Yeshua's words that you have given all power to in heaven and in earth.  His words not mine do I speak over my brothers (name them) and family that are sick.  I have done as instructed and pray they also hearing the instruction you gave me do the same thing.  Open their ears to hear and be a doer of the word. Yeshua is the life so I speak His words right now stating His word.

John 5:8 (KJV) Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.

Father you also said this out of your mouth and I am bringing this scripture to you also and ask for it to be done also we are a family that do serve you and believe in your Son Yeshua..

Exodus 23:25 (KJV) And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. 

Father, there will be many standing on this prayer within the family yet I know you will hear me for the way I have walked with you living in out of the mouth of God and Yeshua.  I thank you for that, I thank you for your word and Yeshua's words.

Matthew 18:19 (KJV) Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

John 15:7 (KJV) If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you 

Yeshua said all things are possible for you I believe it

Prayer for those that despitefully use you, and persecute you and for the persecuted Church

These prayers are written in obedience to Yeshua’s command in Matthew 5:44 to love our enemies, pray for those who persecute us, and continually remember the persecuted Church. Let these prayers even from us who are not persecuted help to stand in the gap for them.  All Scriptures spoken in this prayer are listed below, bringing the very words of God and Yeshua to you. Learn these Scriptures, for they are the heart of God for His people and will come to pass as He has spoken, He said all souls are His. In praying, we are asking God to fulfill His own promises, calling forth His words to be done for not only His people but for His enemies today as we were told to bless them and what greater blessing is there than to know the Lord. It makes it easy to believe what God already said He would do. I was led by the Lord to pray for the leaders of these nations but will do that on a separate post, I will link it here when I am done.

A Short Quick Prayer for If This Comes to your mind

God brings to our minds for a reason, when it happens to quick to lift the person, nation, leaders or whatever it is to a quick prayer, be a doer of the word and follow the Lords leading with prayer.  It may surprise you how much scripture is in something short you are led to pray.

Father,

I bring before You once again the persecuted people and Your Church. (Mt 5:44) You know their needs even before we ask.(Mt 6) Surround them with Your protection as there is no saviour but you Lord (Isa 43:11 ), and make Yourself known to all who oppose them.( Jer 31:34 ) Draw their hearts to Yeshua, (Joh 6:44 ) bless them as You have commanded, and let Your will be done.( Mt 12:50)

I ask In Yeshua’s Name,

Amen.

A Prayer with a bit more thought for the persecuted people of the church

Father,

We come to You in obedience to Yeshua’s words, to love our enemies and to pray for those who persecute Your people. We ask that You would strengthen and protect Your persecuted Church, and keep them always in our hearts and prayers.

Father, give new hearts to those who oppose and harm Your people. Pour out Your Spirit, remove hearts of stone, and draw them to Yeshua Your Son. Let Your Church stand firm upon the truth that Yeshua is the Son of God, and let the gates of hell not prevail against it.

All power belongs to Yeshua in heaven and on earth. We trust You and give You glory.

We ask In the Name of Yeshua,

Amen.

For the intercessor a prayer for the persecuted of Matthew 5:44

Our Father in heaven,

We come before You in humility and reverence, asking You to give us Your heart, and the heart of Your Son, Yeshua. Place upon us a continual burden of love and remembrance for Your persecuted people, that we would keep them always in our hearts and minds, faithfully lifting them before You in prayer, just as Yeshua commanded us.

Your Word says, “Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.” Father, we choose obedience to Your Word. We bless those who oppose us. We pray for those who persecute Your Church. We ask that Your love would overcome hatred and that Your light would pierce every darkness.

You declared through Yeshua, “Upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” We know this rock is the revealed truth that Yeshua is the Son of the living God. Standing upon this truth, we know that we who believe are Your Church, and no power of hell can overcome what You have established.

We believe Your Word that all authority has been given to Yeshua in heaven and on earth. By that authority, and according to the keys of the Kingdom You have given, we stand in prayer. We bind satan and all demonic influence from the hearts and minds of those who persecute Your people, and we loose Your holy angels to minister, to protect, and to place a hedge of divine protection around Your people and Your Church. Release Your angel armies on behalf of the persecuted, Father.

You alone are holy, O Lord. All nations will come and worship before You, and Your judgments will be made manifest. We declare that every nation, tribe, and tongue will one day glorify Your Name.

Father, You promised in Your Word to give a new heart and a new spirit—to remove the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, and to place Your Spirit within us. We ask that this promise be fulfilled in those who desire to harm Your people. Give them new hearts. Put a new spirit within them. Pour out Your Spirit upon all flesh, for all souls belong to You.

We bless them, Father, even now. We remember that no one can come to Yeshua unless You draw them. So we ask You—draw them to Christ, Your Son, Yeshua the Messiah. Open blind eyes. Soften hardened hearts. Turn persecutors into witnesses, and enemies into brothers and sisters in Christ.

We trust You. We stand on Your Word. And we give You all glory, honor, and praise.

A Prayer For All Souls

Know The Truth: Jesus vs Yeshua

This prayer is rooted in the Word of God and in agreement with what He has already spoken. When we declare and decree the Scriptures, we are not speaking our own will, but aligning our hearts and prayers with the will of the Father. God’s Word is truth, and it is His words—not ours—that come to pass. As we pray and agree with what He has said, we remain in His will and trust Him to perform what He has spoken.

Declaring and Decreeing God’s Word

God Himself has said that we may decree a thing, and it shall be established—not by our power, but because we are agreeing with His truth and His purposes and His word..

Job 22:28 (KJV) Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

With this understanding, the Scriptures below are declared and decreed in agreement with the Father’s words. They are spoken in faith, trusting that God is faithful to perform what He has said, for His Word does not return unto Him void. So we decree God's words over His people.

A Prayer For All Souls

Father, Almighty God,

You have declared, “Behold, all souls are Mine.”

The soul of the father and the soul of the son are Yours,

and every life belongs to You alone.

Because all souls are Yours, Father,

I bring all souls before You now—

the known and the unknown,

the near and the far,

the living and the lost.

You have promised that a day would come

when none would need to say, “Know the LORD,”
